Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with 95% resolution rate
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 90%
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support weekend rotational shifts as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Experience in SaaS or telecom industry a plus
- Available to start within 48 hours of offer
