- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Resolve technical product issues using proprietary CRM and diagnostic tools
- Upsell premium services during client interactions to drive revenue growth
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new product features
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts during peak seasons
