- Manage CRM systems to document interactions and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Conduct product training sessions for new enterprise clients
- Generate weekly performance reports using Salesforce and Tableau
- Implement feedback from client satisfaction surveys
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Michigan driver's license required for occasional site visits
