Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls and emails
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Support weekend and evening shift coverage as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Available to start within 48 hours of offer
- Valid Illinois ID and reliable transportation
