- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy

- Meet daily performance metrics including call volume and resolution rates

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
