Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, exceeding satisfaction targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company products/services
- Continuously improve processes based on customer feedback metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
