- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
- Meet daily performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience or strong transferable skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
