Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design scalable, forward-thinking technical strategies that align with our Horizon 2026 vision goals and long-term business objectives.
- Lead Advanced AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of next-gen machine learning models and neural networks into core production systems to enhance performance.
- Future-Proof Systems: Implement microservices architectures that ensure longevity, adaptability, and high availability for the decade ahead.
- Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data in an evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep understanding of Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker) and AWS/Azure ecosystems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and adapt engineering practices accordingly to stay ahead of the curve.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent cloud certifications are highly preferred.
