Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services with patience and clarity.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex problems with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a huge plus.
- Able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
