Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Input and update customer account information accurately into our CRM database systems.
- Collaborate with team members and department supervisors to address complex issues and improve service processes.
- Process transactions, verify information, and ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
