- Collaborate with team leads to understand new policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate product information and guidance to clients.
- Identify opportunities to resolve customer needs proactively.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (20 WPM minimum).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote-friendly).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
