Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse with high accuracy.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if applicable.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
