Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for our AI products, aligning research capabilities with commercial goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of quantum engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers to foster a culture of innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with theoretical physicists and cryptographers to integrate emerging quantum protocols into production environments.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system latency, throughput, and accuracy meet the rigorous demands of enterprise-grade applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Quantum Expertise: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks.
- Machine Learning: Proven track record of developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, including deep neural networks.
- Programming: Mastery of Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
