Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Nexus Horizon’s 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalable AI architectures.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in the development of proprietary Generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Oversee infrastructure scaling to support millions of concurrent inference requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, governance, and model fairness in AI systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Processing Units (NPUs).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML platforms.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
