Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical execution for the 2026 release cycle, aligning product goals with engineering capabilities.
- Architectural Design: Design robust, scalable microservices architectures that support high-throughput data processing and real-time analytics.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure, ensuring zero downtime and optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Kubernetes. Experience with AI/ML integration is a strong plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through major digital transformations.
