Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.) for competitive integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-gen capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future preferred)
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
