What You Will Do:
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Continuously monitor the tech horizon to identify disruptive technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure technology initiatives support broader business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members with clarity and persuasion.
Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create detailed technology roadmaps for 2026, defining milestones, resources, and success metrics.
- Tech Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech stacks, software architectures, and digital transformation trends.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget and allocation of resources for future-tech initiatives and pilot programs.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure teams are agile and ready for future technological shifts.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage partnerships with technology vendors and startups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy consulting, or R&D management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define and execute long-term strategies that drive business value.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
