Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) and drive pilots to production.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in from the C-suite and board.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and tech strategists.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry leaders to foster innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for R&D initiatives to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or strategic advisory role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI/ML, cloud architecture, and IoT.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
