Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, aligning technology with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain).
- Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to drive innovation initiatives.
- Manage a multi-million dollar R&D budget and resource allocation for future projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact digital transformation projects.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Technical field preferred.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a plus.
