Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology vision and long-term strategic roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to explore and validate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing).
- Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to drive product differentiation.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level strategy into actionable development sprints.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 era (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Decentralized Systems).
- Strong background in software architecture, preferably within high-scale web or mobile environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
