Responsibilities

- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the development and implementation of future-tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovators.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for R&D and prototype development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management within a high-growth environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, IoT, and emerging digital infrastructure.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations and innovation projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
