Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI and machine learning systems.
- Define the technical strategy and roadmap for AI integration across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Optimize existing models for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Research emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and big data technologies.
- Experience with designing systems that handle high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving technical vision.
