Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching vision.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies, such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, to forecast market disruptions.
- Cultivate partnerships with key industry stakeholders and futurists to gather insights on long-term trends.
- Present high-level strategic initiatives to the C-suite and Board of Directors with clarity and impact.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
- Drive innovation across all business units to ensure a competitive edge in the 2026 landscape.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with macro-economic shifts and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of defining multi-year roadmaps and successfully achieving strategic milestones.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
