Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Partner with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Present compelling narratives and data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning and risk analysis for potential market shifts and disruptions
- Drive adoption of strategic foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Strategy, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and market forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies preferred (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects and thought leadership
