Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global technology summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in technology, engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Strong financial acumen with $100M+ budget management experience
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
