Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, including long-term goals and operational milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and disruption risks.
- Bridge the gap between high-level strategic foresight and day-to-day execution by translating vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align resources and ensure cross-functional support for the 2026 agenda.
- Develop scenario planning models to prepare the organization for various future market conditions.
- Monitor KPIs related to strategic initiatives and adjust the roadmap as necessary to maintain trajectory.
- Lead internal workshops and external stakeholder presentations to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating uncertainty and leading change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with industry-specific forecasting tools and methodologies.
