Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical strategy for Generative AI platforms.
- Architect scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and fine-tuning workflows.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3) and evaluate their applicability to our ecosystem.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, safety, and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs into production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
