- Mentor multidisciplinary teams across robotics, nanotech, and sustainable energy
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and investors quarterly
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 20+ new IP annually)
- Oversee global innovation labs in Berlin, Tokyo, and Singapore
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and German preferred
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (FDA, FCC, international)
- Portfolio of 3+ successful moonshot projects
