Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Create strategic roadmaps for market entry and technology adoption across 5-year horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on market disruption vectors and competitive intelligence
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation impact
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or technology impact analysis
