Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-adjacent AI systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions in AR/VR and climate AI
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present future-vision whitepapers to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and societal impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published reports or patents)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate modeling systems
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and decentralized governance models
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
