Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market vision
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent analytical frameworks
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patented innovations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
