Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-continental innovation labs in Berlin, Tokyo, and Palo Alto
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Manage $10M+ R&D portfolio for sustainable future technologies
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, German, Japanese, Arabic
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions
- Certification in Global Futures Intelligence Systems (GFIS)
