Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate adaptation) to forecast 2026 landscape shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients to navigate disruption and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future realities
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks using proprietary foresight methodologies and predictive analytics
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and steward a network of futurists, technologists, and behavioral scientists for continuous insight generation
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in client strategy development and implementation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of developing and deploying scenario-planning frameworks for complex global systems
- Expertise in analyzing disruptive technologies (AGI, biotech, decentralized systems) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, backcasting)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications on future trends
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future-oriented initiatives
