Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech with 5+ in C-suite strategy roles
- Published author in IEEE/ACM journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
