Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and machine learning models
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and propose mitigation strategies for high-impact AI applications
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product development pipelines
- Create governance protocols for AI data privacy, consent management, and transparency reporting
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices with clients and industry partners
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Represent the company in industry coalitions and regulatory discussions on AI governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance roles
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven experience creating ethics-by-design methodologies for tech products
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical problem-solving in technical contexts
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate ethical concepts for diverse audiences
