Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, aligning engineering output with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design high-scale, distributed systems capable of supporting future data loads and AI workloads.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks in the 2026 roadmap and proactively mitigate technical debt.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan for 3-5 year horizons and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
