- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futurist or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTR, CIPM)
