Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term technical roadmap.
- Model Development: Design and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and real-time inference capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Research & Evaluation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including LLMs, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning, evaluating new technologies for implementation.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end data pipeline, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and low-latency processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, AI architecture, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark. Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Deep Neural Networks.
- Architecture: Strong experience designing microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-scale data processing.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
