Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable ML infrastructure tailored for the 2026 era, focusing on LLMs and generative models.
- Drive the implementation of MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of large-scale AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to enhance model accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end AI solutions in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
