Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into R&D priorities and product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on the future of human-technology symbiosis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen research initiatives
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and geopolitical factors impacting technology adoption timelines
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-driven impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing futuristic technology trends
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to connect disparate technological developments into cohesive narratives
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through compelling data visualization
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
