- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences on future tech trends
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior engineers on futuristic technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
