Responsibilities

- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports for executive leadership
- Design future scenario models for product roadmaps (2025-2030)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends (showcase portfolio)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Gartner)
