- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports with predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects aligned with future trajectories
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
- Mentor strategy team in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, environmental, and technological megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
