Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to forecast business opportunities through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' trend reports for investor and stakeholder communications
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership
- Design corporate resilience strategies for systemic risks (supply chain, regulatory, geopolitical)
- Present futures insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and research acumen
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS) preferred
