- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Deliver compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Establish and maintain global networks of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFIP) preferred
