Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate futuristic insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Oversee the Innovation Lab's portfolio of 2026-focused R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and technology convergence
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leader in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
