Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework, aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruption scenarios and identify first-mover advantages
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Manage a $5M annual innovation fund for experimental ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching products based on future-trend analysis (provide 2+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry-leading publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
