You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving 2026 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports highlighting disruptive forces, emerging risks, and innovation opportunities relevant to 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Design and implement early-stage innovation pilots targeting 2026 market gaps and consumer needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts for continuous intelligence gathering
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with clear implementation pathways
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research with documented impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures data into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their 2026 implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable outcomes
