Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve quantum gate fidelity

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
