Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Architect sustainable circular economy models for trillion-dollar market transitions
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals task force on global impact initiatives
- Mentor innovation fellows in emerging technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on singularity-prepared technologies or societal transformation
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning for geopolitical and climate disruption scenarios
- Fluency in at least two major programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Portfolio of implemented innovations affecting >1M users
